Our Story
Flipside was born from a simple observation: talented creators across Africa produce incredible content — magazines, journals, educational materials, comics, and more — but lack the tools to distribute and monetize it digitally.
Traditional publishing platforms cater primarily to Western markets with credit card payments and complex onboarding. We wanted something different — a platform that understands the realities of the African digital economy, with mobile money support, affordable pricing, and a seamless mobile-first experience.
Today, Flipside empowers publishers to upload their PDFs, set their own prices, and reach readers through beautiful interactive flipbooks that work on any device. Our 10% platform fee ensures we grow together with our creators.
